(Oral) Counsel for the State has filed the affidavit of the Director Higher Education, Department of Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, to submit that a speaking order dated 31.01.2023 has been passed and the pension of the petitioner has been revised and necessary payment has already been made as per the pay order, copy of which are attached as Annexures R-1 to R-3.

Counsel for the State further submits that the claim with regard to the salary of the petitioner has been rejected. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
