IN THE PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT AT

CHANDIGARH CWP-29000-2024 Date of Decision: 25.10.2024 MRIGESH KUMAR SINGH ... Petitioner

VERSUS

STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS ... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD S. BHARDWAJ. ****

Present:

Mr. R. S. Mamli, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Vivek Saini, Addl. A.G., Haryana.

**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the interim order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the Registrar General, Firms and Societies whereby the order dated 14.10.2024 passed by the State Registrar, Firms and Societies in Appeal No.124 of 2024 has been stayed.

After hearing the arguments on behalf of the petitioner, I do not find that there exists any ground to interfere with the interim order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the Registrar General, Firms and Societies. More so, the matter before the Registrar General, Firms and Societies, has been kept pending for 14.11.2024 through video conferencing.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition and prays that the Registrar General, Firms and Societies be directed to decide the pending appeal expeditiously. RAJENDER KUMAR 2024.10.26 07:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-29000-2024 -2Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage. The Registrar General, Firms and Societies is, however, requested to look into the matter on priority basis and to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law and after granting opportunity of hearing to the respective parties.

Disposed of accordingly.
