Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 26.2.2025, under Sections 22-C and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Section 27 of NDPS Act added later on vide DDR/Rapat No.20 dated 5.6.2025), registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
