On 18.12.2025, following order was passed:- <1.
Mr. Brijpal has submitted that compliance of the order dated 27.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) has been done as honorarium for the months of October and November, 2025 has been deposited in the Bank account of the petitioner through cheque bearing No.145999 dated 15.12.2025. It is further informed that vide order dated 16.12.2025, the Commissioner and Secretary to Government of Haryana, Industries and Commerce Department has granted sanction for a sum of Rs.1,10,47,000/- for the period from July 2025 to March 2026 to meet the expenditure for grant of honorarium. In this regard, copies of the relevant documents are placed on record (Pages 1 to 5). A copy thereof is supplied to the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner seeks accommodation to have assistance from his counsel.
