H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh, from Police Station Sadar Rampura, states that since petitioners have joined the investigation and recovery of weapon used in the incident has also been effected, their custodial interrogation is not required in this case.

In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 2.12.2019, is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
