SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No.COMI/39/2019 dated 05.09.2019 titled as "Ms. Priyanka Narwal vs. Parmod Nafaria" (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 29.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned JMIC, Ganaur, Sonepat, summoning the petitioner to face the trial under Sections 406,420 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already entered into a compromise and have decided to reside together, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of settlement. Prayer is accepted.
