**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 01.10.2024, 18.07.2018 and 16.08.2023 passed by respondent No.1-The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rohtak.

After arguing at some length, when the counsel for the petitioner has been confronted with the fact that against the orders passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, there is statutory remedy of appeal/ revision before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.
