MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus. However, the learned counsel has failed to bring to the notice of this Court any representation, which has been made to the official respondents qua which no decision has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be moving an appropriate representation/application before the authorities concerned and he would be satisfied that as and when the representation is made, the authorities concerned take a decision on the same expeditiously.

In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to the officials respondents that in case any representation/application is moved by the petitioner for being extended the benefit of parole, the official respondents shall decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
