The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.08.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kharar, in the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, whereby, defendant No.6 was restrained from raising any further construction or altering the nature and character of the suit property i.e. Plot No.29 till the disposal of main application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC.
