Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a Mandamus, directing respondent No.3 to grant benefit of entire increments notionally earned by the petitioner while working as Executive Engineer, in accordance with the Instructions dated 29.10.2021 (P-1). 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel has produced the copy of Memo. No.3452/GAC dated 09.10.2024, which is taken on record as Mark 'X'; whereby, claim raised by the petitioner stands rejected. 3.
