ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting-aside impugned order dated 23.08.2021 (Annexure P-9), whereby adjustment of retrenched employees in National Health Mission has been withdrawn. Further prayer has been made to adjust the petitioner for the post of Lab Technician against advertisement dated 06.10.2022 (Annexure P7) published by District Health and Family Welfare Society, Palwal, as the petitioner is eligible under the Adjustment Policy, as he had already served on the post of Lab Technician under NRHM at Civil Surgeon, Palwal with effect from 10.10.2013 to 30.03.2016.
