Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents for conducting fair and impartial inquiry in case FIR No.592 dated 06.12.2022, under Section 346 IPC registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Faridabad.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from, HC Bedram, submits that pursuant to lodging of FIR, the victim was recovered from Sector-12, Court Complex, on 11.12.2022. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded. She clearly stated that she was major, earning for herself, and had left the parental home of her own. She apprehended that her family members would sell her off by marrying to an aged person. It was also stated that no wrong act had been committed with her by any one.
