Petitioners, who are senior citizens, have filed this petition praying therein for issuance of directions to learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, to take decision on the cancellation report dated 09.10.2023, as also the protest petition dated 29.08.2024, arising out of FIR No.25 dated 12.03.2022 registered under Sections 447, 379, 506, 511 and 34 IPC at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar Rural. 2.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Judge of learned trial Court to expedite the proceedings and pass a final order within a period of 3 months from today and sent a report to this Court.
