***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that it is not permitted to engage another transport for taking the goods from the unit of the petitioner for supply to its customers. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, it is being stopped by the Truck Operators Union.

On the last date of hearing, copy of the petition was handed over to learned State counsel to enable him to seek instructions. He, today, submits that representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-1, shall be looked into by respondent No.3 and appropriate steps shall be taken, if circumstances, so warrant.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
