(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., is inter alia for quashing of the impugned order dated 01.09.2022 (Annexure P-13) whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SAS Nagar, Mohali has dismissed the application filed by petitioner seeking direction for presentation of supplementary challan, in FIR No.43 ( Annexure P-1) dated 19.06.2011, under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 511 of IPC, registered at Police Station Phase-VIII, Mohali. Further prayer for quashing of the impugned charges framed against the petitioner vide order dated 21.09.2021 (Annexure P-9) has also been made.
