Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS') for quashing of FIR No. 169 dated 07.11.2017, under Sections 406, 420, 447, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kheri Pul, District Faridabad on the basis of compromise dated 30.08.2024 (P-2) entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent N. 2, qua the petitioners. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel on instructions from petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
