**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.111 dated 31.12.2018 registered under Sections 341, 353, 186 IPC and Section 116 of Punjab Election Act, at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 06.12.2019, petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court within 10 days and on his appearance he was to be released on interim bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further, submits that though the order of appearance before the trial Court has not been supplied to him but he has oral instructions to submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail.

CRM-M-51903-2019 In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 06.12.2019 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly. However, if the oral instructions of learned counsel for the petitioner are found to be incorrect then the State would be at liberty to file an appropriate application for recalling of the present order. Petition stands disposed of.
