Nagar, Mohali/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 31.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) within a period of one month from today. 4.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Rural Development and Panchayat Department, Vikas Bhawan, Sector-62, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali/competent authority to consider and decide representation dated 31.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of one month from today.
