CRM-M-54773-2018 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to conduct fair and unbiased investigation in case FIR No. 119 dated 29.05.2018, registered under Section 379-B IPC at Police Station City, District Gurdaspur and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members as they are being harassed, although they are also being named in the FIR, which was registered against some unknown persons.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Gurdaspur, is directed to look into the representation dated 05.11.2018 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
