(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for issuance of necessary direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 for taking appropriate legal action against the accused persons in FIR No.162 dated 19.10.2019 under Sections 363, 366A, 120-B registered at Police Station City Batala, Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR in question was registered at the behest of the petitioner, but the investigation in the case has yet not been completed.
