**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to restore the electricity supply of the house of the petitioner. During the course of the arguments, counsel for the respondents pointed out that the petitioner has already filed civil suit before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar bearing Civil Suit No.255 of 2024 titled as Chandan Kumar Trehan Versus Suresh Mohan Tangri. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact and after arguing at some length, seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue his remedy in the civil suit already pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar.
