AMARJOT BHATTI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that Darab Singh - petitioner has expired and no legal heir is coming forward to pursue this civil revision. Therefore, at this stage, he wants to withdraw the present revision with liberty to file afresh as and when the legal heirs of Darab Singh approach him.
