RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents not to call the petitioners repeatedly to the police station. Counsel for the petitioners submits that son of petitioners No.1 and 2 has performed the marriage with respondent No.5 in which the petitioners had no role whatsoever. She submits that petitioners are being harassed by the police. It is also submitted that the petitioners No.1 and 2 have already filed a representation before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion to official respondents only, at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, to decide the representation dated 14.10.2022 (Annexure P-7) filed by petitioners No.1 and 2 within a period of one month from today in accordance with law.
