CRR-2170-2024 Instant revision petition has been filed impugning the judgment, dated 15.07.2024, passed by learned Juvenile Justice Board, Yamunanagar and judgment, dated 12.09.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge at Yamunanagar, whereby bail petition filed by the petitioner/juvenile/CCL for grant of regular bail has been dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as such.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
