***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.0054 dated 24.08.2017, under Section 420 IPC, at Police Station Kanwan, District Pathankot.
Heard.
Vide order dated 06.10.2018 (P-6), petitioners were relegated to the Court of Sessions to file fresh bail applications. Pursuant thereto, both the petitioners approached the Sessions Court, who rejected their bail applications on the ground that alleged compromise between the petitioners and complainants cannot be believed, unless the petitioners join second complainant. Learned counsel contends that petitioners have now joined Swaran Singh, second complainant in the compromise, who has sworn SONIKA 2018.12.11 18:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
