******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking extension of parole on the ground that he has so far been able to complete 60% of the construction work of his house.

The petitioner was allowed parole for four weeks to carry out the construction of his house. The fact that he has been able only to complete 60% construction of his house is no ground to extend his parole. This petition has no merits.

Dismissed.
