RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order reference NO.DDPO 1535, dated 08.04.2021, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.3 and the order dated 09.01.2023, Annexure P-4 and subsequent communications being unsustainable, illegal and contrary to the provisions of Section 216(4) of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act 1994. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his appeal (already filed) in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
