RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to arrest the accused persons mentioned in DDR No.52, dated 30.05.2022, registered under Sections 452, 354, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur in case FIR No.80, dated 30.05.2022, registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur and submit the final report. Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that though he has filed this petition praying for issuance of direction to arrest the accused, however, he does not press the said prayer. He candidly submits that the Investigating Agency be directed to complete the investigation expeditiously.

On the asking of the Court, Ms.Ishma Randhawa, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
