Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.1 dated 4.1.2024 under Sections 302, 307, 212, 201, 120-B and 34 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59-A of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur.
