The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of case FIR No.131 dated 22.07.2023, under Sections 420 and 120-B and Section 13 of the Punjab Travels Professionals(Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar, and all subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise. 2.

Vide order 06.03.2024, the parties were granted one more opportunity to appear before the trial Court for recording their statements subject to the payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-. However, report received from Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.)-cum Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar, it has been reported that none of the parties appeared in Court for getting their statements recorded, more so, there is no proof with regard to the payment of Rs.10,000/- ordered to be deposited in Poor Patients Welfare Funds, PGIMER, Chandigarh.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, in case, all the parties in the FIR entered into a compromise, and cost is deposited.
