(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondents No.2 and 3 to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver as he was duly selected and recommended for appointment by respondent No.3-Haryana Staff Selection Commission, vide final result dated 03.06.2019 (Annexure P-3). 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel refers to an office promotion order dated 06.08.2019 (Annexure R-3/1) and submits that during pendency of the writ proceedings, case of the petitioner has been favourably recommended by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

In view of the aforesaid statement, writ petition is disposed of with the expectation that the respondents shall process the case of the petitioner as per the recommendation, as expeditiously as possible, not later than 2 months from today.
