Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been transferred outside the designated zone wherein he, though, has joined, yet against it got served legal notice dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P-27) upon respondent Nos.1 and 5, followed by various reminders, which have not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, prays that a direction be given to respondent Nos.1 and 5 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.
