(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the petitioner's service as per policy instructions dated 18.06.2014, Annexure P-1. 2.

Learned counsel is not in a position to dispute that the said regularisation policy has been quashed by a Division Bench of this Court in Yogesh Tyagi case, against which SLP (Civil) No.33265 of 2018, is pending before the Supreme Court.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition at this stage. Accordingly, it stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court after decision of the pending SLP in case any right survives in him.
