Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.93 dated 2.4.2025, under Sections 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act and Section 3(5), 309(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sector-5, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage as the prime prosecution witness namely the FIR-complainant has not yet been examined.
