Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present petitions has already been answered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in bunch of petitions including CWP22364-2020, titled as Sita Devi versus Vaish Education Society and another, decided on 02.04.2025, hence, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in CWP-22364-2020Sita Devi's case (supra). 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners recorded herein above.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners recorded herein above, the present petitions are disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in CWP-22364-2020-Sita Devi's case (supra).

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
