Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate for the respondents. **** Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 6.9.2018 passed by the trial Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Khanna granting permission to defendants to prove agreement to sell dated 27.3.2008 by way of secondary evidence, the plaintiffs have approached this Court by filing the present revision petition. Notice of that revision petition was give to respondents defendants who have put in appearance through counsel. As it comes out the trial Court has simply allowed the defendants to prove the agreement to sell dated 27.3.2008 claimed by the defendants by way of secondary evidence, however, the question of its admissibility of the document into evidence and the legal value to be attached thereto is yet to be decided.

Therefore, the present revision petition is disposed of with the observations that the trial Court would consider the aspect of admissibility of the document into evidence at the time of final arguments.
