The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of Complaint No. NACT/744/2022 titled as "M/s Munna Lal Babu Ram through Krishan Lal versus M/s Suresh Chand Subhash Chand registered under Sections 138 & 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
