For reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted exemption to file the instant petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition, however, with liberty to avail the appropriate statutory alternative remedy(ies), raising therein all the pleas and claims, as raised herein, before this Court.
