Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case time bound directions are issued to respondent No.4 - Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, Haryana, to take action on representation dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-10). 3.

At this stage, Mr. Abhimanyu Antil, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, and Mr. Aditya Yadav, Advocate, appear on behalf of the respondent-State and respondents No.7 and 8, respectively, in pursuance of the advance copies of paper book having already been supplied to them. 4.

Learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid representation dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-10) shall be considered and decided by the Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, Haryana/competent authority, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of two months from today, in accordance with law. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 6.
