Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.193 dated 09.08.2025, under Sections 115, 118(1), 126, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 [however Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 126(2) of BNS added and Sections 115, 118(1), 126 and 3(5) deleted later on], registered at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad. 2.

Status report by way of affidavit dated 31.10.2025 of Mr. Nar Singh, HPS, DSP, Ratia, District Fatehabad on behalf of respondent has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Vide order dated 11.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sube Singh, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
