(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondents submits that necessary compliance of Annexure P-1 i.e. the order passed in the writ petition i.e. CWP-32328-2024, has already been complied with and the petitioner has been reinstated. Also, counsel for the respondents has supplied the copy of letter, which is taken on record. As per the same, the necessary arrears have also been released.

In view of the submissions made aforesaid and also considering the release of the arrears, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
