NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) By way of the present revision, the petitioner has challenged order dated 09.09.2022 passed by ld. Family Court, Pathankot whereby the application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the applicants/respondents herein has been allowed and the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.5,000/- p.m. to applicant/respondent No.1 herein and Rs.2,500/- p.m. to applicant/respondent No. 2 herein as interim maintenance and further to clear the arrears of maintenance. Apart from this, he is also directed to pay litigation expenses of Rs.5,500/- as lumpsum to applicants/respondents herein.

Vide order dated 11.04.2023 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, notice of motion was issued subject to petitioner depositing Rs.35,000/- by way of demand draft in the name of respondent-wife to the Registry of this Court which was to be given to her on her appearance in Court.

Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned twice i.e. on 23.08.2023 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and on DIVYANSHI 2024.03.14 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

23.02.2024 as none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite calling the petitioner several times, he has received no instructions in the matter and, therefore, prays that the matter be disposed of for want of instructions.
