Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.187, dated 15.09.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 452 of IPC and Section 326 of IPC was added later on, registered at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 28.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

The parties are present in person in Court today and learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their outstanding issues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 28.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 28.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482

(2) B.N.S.S.
