RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) In light of order dated December 02, 2019, at the outset, Mr. Doabia informs that the letter dated 10.10.2019 has been issued by Special Secretary, Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat to supply information regarding vacant seats of Panches/Sarpanches of Gram Panchayats. It is already decided that elections to the vacant seats shall be conducted after bye-election to Vidhan Sabha is over. According to him, needful is being done expeditiously.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
