SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for setting aside impugned order dated 24.11.2022 passed by learned JMIC, Gurugram whereby application moved under Section 311 Cr.P.C for additional evidence was dismissed.

Case has been called twice since morning but none has entered appearance for petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the litigation and is no longer interested in pursuing the same. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
