(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the petitioner seeking appropriate direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for taking requisite legal action on the representation dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner to respondent No.2.

It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that feeling aggrieved by the acts and conduct of respondent Nos.4 and 5, the petitioner had moved the representation dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) through email to respondent No.2, but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are given to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 3.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 only. 4.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Subhash Godara, Additional A.G. Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. 5.
