NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the salary attached to higher post (Instructor) to the petitioner for the period, he worked on that post along with its arrear and interest @ 15% per annum from the due date till the date of realization.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by giving details of the period for which the petitioner has performed the duties of the post of Instructor.
