The petitioner in the present petition, inter alia, is asking for direction to the respondents to decide the revision petition No. 67 of 2023 titled as "The Swarn Jyoti EWS Cooperative Group Housing Society Vs. RCS & Others" (Annexure P-6) against the order dated 16.08.2023 (Annexure P-2).

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that neither the stay has been granted nor any hearing has taken place. And he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Authority concerned to decide the revision petition within a time bound period 4.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. A.G, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Rajvir Singh Sihag, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4caveator. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 4 do not object to the directions as prayed for by the petitioner.

The present petition is disposed of by giving direction to the official respondents to decide the application for stay/revision/appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the disposal of the application for stay, operation of the impugned order dated 16.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) shall remain stayed.
