RITU BAHRI ACJ. (Oral) Learned counsel for the State has placed on record the copy of order dated 12.12.2023 (Mark 'X') passed by the Director Council of Education Research and Training, Punjab. As per the letter dated 12.12.2023, the grievance of the petitioner regarding 'No Objection Certificate' is accepted and the college will produce the correct and fresh copy of recognition letter issued by NCTE duly addressed to the prevailing affiliating authority within three months from issuance of this NOC. In case petitioner college fails to produce corrected/fresh copy of Recognition letter from NCTE, NOC and conditional affiliation deemed to be cancelled. It is also made clear that the petitioner college will be allowed to admit student for the next academic year only, if, they would submit VIJAY ASIJA 2023.12.21 18:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2023:PHHC:163163-DB CWP-25515-2023 the corrected/fresh copy of recognition letter issued by the apex body of teacher education i.e. NCTE (respondent No.4). In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to pursue further in this writ petition at this stage and undertakes to comply with the directions given in this letter. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that already an application has been moved for making the necessary correction. He shall do so within three months.

If the necessary correction is carried out in three months, the respondents will consider registering the students already admitted by the petitioner for the next academic year. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
