Learned State counsel while drawing the attention of this Court to the affidavit of Mr. Ranbir Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, which has been filed, has submitted that since no incriminating material had come out against the petitioner and co-accused Manish Saini, Smt. Krishna Jangra and Smt. Reena Garg to connect them with the crime in question, a cancellation report had been prepared and presented before the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mahendergarh, on 21.09.2022 and the case is now fixed for 20.03.2024 for issuance of notice to the complainant. She has further submitted that further proceedings, if any, under Section 182 of the IPC could be initiated only after a decision on the cancellation report, which is pending adjudication before the Court below. 3.

No ground is made out to issue any such specific directions, however, in case the authorities concerned find any substance in the representation made by the petitioner, they may proceed accordingly in accordance with law.
